Conti Landscape Contractors LLC ("Conti Landscape," "we," "us," or "our") is a hardscaping and landscaping contractor based in West Milford, NJ, serving West Milford & Northern New Jersey. This Privacy Policy covers contilandscape.com (the "Site") and the information we receive when you contact us or hire us for work.

By using the Site or reaching out to us, you agree to the practices described here.

We collect information only when you choose to share it:

• Quote requests. Our contact form asks for your name and email address, and optionally your phone number, the type of project you have in mind, and a description of the work.
• Calls, texts, and emails. When you contact us directly, we keep the contact details and whatever you tell us about your project.
• Project information. If you hire us, we collect what we need to do the job and bill for it, such as your property address, site conditions and measurements, project photos, scheduling details, and estimate, contract, and payment records.

Please don't send sensitive information such as Social Security numbers, credit card numbers, or health information through the website form. If we ever need something like that, we'll arrange a safer way to collect it.

We use Vercel Web Analytics to understand how the Site is used — which pages people read, which services draw the most interest, and whether the Site works well on the devices people actually use. It is built to be privacy-friendly: it sets no cookies, stores nothing on your device, and never assigns you a permanent ID or follows you to other websites.

For each page view it records the page you viewed, the site or search engine that sent you, your approximate location (usually country or region, derived from your IP address, which is not stored), and general device details such as browser and screen size. To recognize a repeat visit without a cookie, it derives a temporary value from your request that rotates regularly and isn't kept. We only ever see the results as aggregate counts — we can't use them to work out who you are.

We do not run advertising networks, retargeting pixels, session recording, or heat mapping, and we don't use analytics to build a profile of you. Fonts and images are served from the Site itself, so loading a page doesn't hand your visit to a third-party font or image service.

Like virtually every website, our hosting provider also keeps standard server logs for security and reliability. Those logs can include your IP address, browser type, the pages requested, and the date and time of the request. We use them to keep the Site online and to investigate abuse, not to identify visitors.

We use the information we collect to:

• Respond to your questions and quote requests
• Prepare estimates, schedule visits, and plan your project
• Perform the work, order materials, and coordinate our crew
• Send invoices and keep normal business, tax, and warranty records
• Follow up about a project we discussed or completed
• Understand which pages and services visitors are interested in, so we can improve the Site
• Keep the Site secure and comply with the law

We do not use your information for automated decision-making, and we do not send marketing email to people who only asked for a quote.

We do not sell or rent your personal information, and we don't share it for targeted advertising. We share it only in these limited situations:

• Service providers. Companies that run things on our behalf — website hosting and analytics, email delivery for the quote form, our email and phone providers, and our bookkeeping and payment processors. They may only use the information to provide their service to us.
• Trade partners. Subcontractors, suppliers, engineers, or utility mark-out services, when your project requires it, and only with the details needed to do that part of the job.
• Legal and safety. When we're required to by law, subpoena, or a permit or inspection process, or when we need to protect our rights, property, or safety.
• Business transfer. If the business is ever sold or reorganized, customer records may transfer as part of that transaction.

We don't set cookies on this Site. Our analytics is cookie-free by design, and we run no advertising or social media trackers, so there's no cookie banner and nothing for you to consent to.

Because we don't track visitors across websites, browser "Do Not Track" and "Global Privacy Control" signals don't change what we collect — there is no cross-site tracking, targeted advertising, or data sale here for them to switch off. If we ever add cookies or a tracking tool that works differently, we'll update this policy and give you a way to opt out.

We keep quote requests for as long as we're working with you and for a reasonable period afterward, in case you come back to us. Records tied to completed work — contracts, invoices, and project documentation — are kept as long as needed for warranty, tax, insurance, and legal purposes. You can ask us to delete your information sooner, and we will unless we're required to keep it.

Website analytics is a separate matter: it is held by our analytics provider as aggregate, non-identifying statistics on their standard retention schedule, and it isn't linked to your quote request or your project file.

The Site is served over an encrypted (HTTPS) connection, and quote requests are delivered to our business email rather than stored in a public database. We limit access to the people who need it to run the business. That said, no website or email system is perfectly secure, so we can't guarantee absolute security of anything transmitted to us.

You can always ask us to:

• Tell you what personal information we hold about you
• Correct anything that's wrong
• Delete your information, subject to records we're required to keep
• Stop contacting you, or contact you only in a specific way

New Jersey residents, and residents of other states with comprehensive privacy laws, may have these rights by statute, including the right to a portable copy of their information and the right to opt out of the sale of personal data or targeted advertising. We don't sell personal data or run targeted advertising at all.

This Site is meant for homeowners and property managers, not children. We don't knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has sent us information, contact us and we'll delete it.

The Site may link to other websites we don't control, such as review platforms, suppliers, or our web designer. Their privacy practices are their own, and we encourage you to read their policies before sharing information with them.

We may update this policy as our business or the Site changes. When we do, we'll revise the "last updated" date at the top of this page. If the changes are significant, we'll make that clear on the Site.
